Welcome to the Open-I-Music™ Studios Main Page!
In this section I will be posting information about the Studio, the type of work we do, and some reviews & thoughts on various things that relate to the studio. All the links that you see on the site, especially in the Studio sections, are items that we have used, like, and can recommend to others. We get absolutely no compensation of any kind for posting links to their respective sites. And if their Quality or Service change in the future, they will be removed. Open-I-Music™ was always the name of my "Record Label & Publishing Co." since the beginning, way back around 1986, when the "studio" was nothing more that two cassette decks, a Radio Shack 4 channel mixer, a Shure SM57, 2 car 6X9's in boxes, and a desire to record myself, and others. After 20 years of using the two different names, "Gift Studios™" and "Open-I-Music™", I decided to place it all under that banner of "Open-I-Music™ Studios" A lot has changed since way back then, but then again, a lot has improved in that span of time also. Both for me as a person, engineer & musician, and for the studio, which has gone from being "just a tool" to being used as an "instrument" to "add" to the music being recorded. |
